Lifeng was born in Chengdu, China. He is currently a Staff Engineer at American Structurepoint, Inc. in Indianapolis, Indiana. He received his bachelor's degree from the Lyles School of Civil Engineering in 2018. His interests include transportation planning and evaluation, highway system design and airport design.
